|Recommended: YesAmazing — We have loved living here and will miss it so much Stonelake is a hidden gem with it's own lake and a beautiful pier overlook. There are so many large beautiful trees and the property is very well maintained. Armando the maintenance man is super friendly, helpful, and gets things working quickly. Lyndsay, Maggie, and Taylor in the office are the sweetest most helpful people. They get to know you by name and are always welcoming. You won't find such a superb staff, beautiful grounds, wonderful community, or cozy apartments anywhere else

The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to orders and very helpful. Overall this place has been a great place to live and feels like home

|Recommended: YesLoved it here — We lived at Stonelake for 2 years, and would've stayed for 3 had it not been for a job opportunity outside of Lubbock The property managers and staff are amazing, helpful, responsive, and kind The neighbors are friendly, and the property is beautiful. The apartment buildings are a bit older, so they have some wear on them, but we never had to wait more than a day to get maintenance out to solve any trouble we had with the apartment and they did a great job - the property manager, Lindsey, was great about checking in to make sure our issues got resolved Rent was more than reasonable for the quality, and the extra amenities like the pool and laundry rooms were well maintained. The parking lot closest to the leasing office is a bit cramped, but there was plenty of parking throughout the complex. I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes in Lubbock, and none of them were as great as this one. If you're considering moving to Stonelake, I can tell you I'd recommend them to anyone.
