|Recommended: YesWe Will Miss Stonelake — I have enjoyed my time at StoneLake very much I have lived in this complex for two years and one of the things that I enjoy most about this place is the consistency. Maggie and Lyndsay have been nothing but the best when it comes to handling any and everything. We loved the loft style, the timeliness of maintenance requests, the friendliness of the front office, the quiet of the community, and the abundance of parking. Our two years here have been great and we really appreciate the staff for making it a home.
|Recommended: YesIts well kept and very homey — I would say move here, every problem that may come up and living in an apt community anywhere there is going to be something, in Stonelake case they let all residential know ahead of time, if their is a problem within your apt, they take care of right away, Id recommend to anyone who cares where they live, the staff is magnificent, Lindsay,Maggie,Sabrina, are very kind and professional and i personally adore them.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Lyndsay and Maggie are super helpful and accommodating here at Stonelake. They are always willing to help out with any questions that I may have. Maintenance is quick to help and very friendly. Stonelake is a beautiful place to live at a great price.

|Recommended: YesStellar place to live — The front desk people are extremely helpful and sweet The maintenance people get the job done quick and are very helpful as well in chaotic situations. I have never had problems with any of the neighbors, noise-wise or any other ways. I definitely recommend Stonelake to anyone looking at renting

|Recommended: YesLived here for a year — It was a good first experience renting an apartment. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and always nice. Enjoyed my apartment, walls weren't too thin, neighbors were pleasant, and the grounds were kept well. A lot of water shut off for the apartments, but usually there was a notice in advance. There were occasions where the notice only came 20 mins before which was a tad inconvenient. Only complaint though. Otherwise I had a very pleasant time living here.

|Recommended: YesComfortable environment and friendly staff — Living at Stonelake Apartments feels like we have our own home. It's quiet. We have a nice view of the Playa Lake. Out of all the Lubbock apartments, Stonelake reminds me of the mountains back home.
|Recommended: YesCost efficient, quiet, and clean — I love living in Stonelake. Management is super friendly and seems to actually care about the residents. If there's ever a maintenance issue, it's handled promptly and someone always follows up to make sure there aren't any additional problems. The complex and neighborhood are really calm and quiet. Plus, the cost is low but the quality is high. Can't beat it
|Recommended: YesI had to wait one year to live here, that says it all. — I believe I am very qualified to answer this because I have lived in 18 rental communities.I had many of my friends in the Property Management business. I would prelease new properties almost every year. I would have 3 months of free rent in 1000 to 1400 units.This property is for me all of the unique features cannot be replicated in new properties. Also, if you have been a home owner, you really do recognize all of the fixtures and hardware that are a step up. And when you have been in properties that were not designed well, the issues I have seen really show me why certain things are done right here. Unfortunately you do have to experience some problems in the past to appreciate everything here.Besides all of that...squirrels, ducks and geese, the best landscaping and upkeep I have ever seen, the huge trees, the dock is completely unique, even the 1.00 washers and dryers, that is amazing. If you are never embarrassed to entertain family or friends or business clients, then that is a great way to evaluate both the property itself and all of the Management and staff. The way they represent themselves is really top notch.
